Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, here's how our dropshipping model handles returns:
* Eligibility:
* In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The Products were purchased in the last 30 days
* The Products are in the original packaging
* The Products are used or damaged
* The Products must have a receipt or proof of purchase
The following Products cannot be returned:
● The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
● The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion
* Process: To start a return, please follow the detailed instructions included with the ordered item(s). Items that Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
* Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected by our suppliers. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
* Exchanges: Given the nature of our dropshipping model, we encourage customers to return their original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
